SIMON "SAC"
REYNOLDS
Simon Sac Reynolds was a punk kid before punk existed.
More in the mould of an early teen Bon Scott, Sac was an outer suburban ditch skater that grew up knowing skateboarding and punk rock were his life blood, always chest beating a challenge to the guys he skated with - "Come on you pussies, beat that!”
Based in Adelaide but originally from Melbourne, Sac sang in skate punk bands “Loot” (since the late nineties) and “Slime Balls” (2010).
Despite all the ups and downs and craze fazes that skating went through, Sac kept on rolling and is now one of the true legends of Australian skateboarding.
These days, he’s lost just a little of his abrasiveness, but none of the gung-ho attitude to both skating and the punk scene.
